Poppy Appeal 2020
The Royal British Legion is at the heart of a national network that supports our Armed Forces community.
This year will be different to other years and we will be calling on the public to take part and wear their poppies with pride to make sure the Appeal is as successful as always.
There will be more ways than ever before for people to support the Poppy Appeal, some of which are new for 2020. From buying a poppy in your local supermarket, making donations online to doing your own fundraising with family and friends.
We're here through thick and thin – ensuring their unique contribution is never forgotten. We've been here since 1921 and we'll be here as long as they need us.
We are the country’s largest Armed Forces charity, with 235,000 members, 110,000 volunteers and a network of partners and charities; helping us give support wherever and whenever it’s needed.
NHS Charities Together
NHS Charities supporting NHS staff and volunteers caring for COVID-19 patients
NHS Charities Together is a collective experience representing, supporting and championing the work of the NHS’ official charities. NHS Charities give £1 million a day to the NHS, providing vital funds to help the NHS do more. Through NHS Charities Together member charities collaborate on nationwide fundraising.
NHS Charities Together also provides specialist advice and guidance to our members through visits, and one to one support via email and phone calls. Our bespoke conferences and training days cover the most relevant issues and development needs for NHS Charities, as well as providing ample opportunities for networking and mutual support. Members also have access to online resources and support through the exclusive members area on our website.
NHS Charities Together also provide the National voice for NHS Charities, champion key projects and themes that best enhance patient care and experience, and the impact NHS Charity funds make.
